Theme: Medieval Realm

When: May 5-7, Rain or shine

Time: Check-in Friday, May 5th 6:00-9:30 PM

Check-out Sunday, May 7th by 11:00 AM

Webelos should arrive at the time set by their host Troop.

Where: Schiff Scout Reservation, Wading River

Fees: $20 per Scout or Webelos - includes a patch and a t-shirt

$5.00 per adult - includes a patch, t-shirt pre-orders available for $9-11

No fee for Webelos parent (must still register) t-shirt pre-orders available for $9-11

Registration: Register by April 7

Late registration: April 8 to May 5 - Late fee of $5 applies (No Shirts Available)

Webelos must register with a Troop and at least one parent must attend. Webelos are only there for the day on Saturday.

T-shirt info:

Sizes available: S-M-L-XL-XXL-XXXL

The total number of youths will need a corresponding t-shirt pre-order with their registration. For example, 10 youths registered will need a pre-order of 10 shirts with specific sizes. This includes any Webelos.

The total number of adults registered might not have a corresponding number of t-shirt orders because adult shirts are optional and not included in the registration fee.

The cost for shirts for adults is based on size. Sizes Small through X-large are $9.00 and XXL through XXXL are $11.00.

Pre-order t-shirts by April 7. No shirts will be available after pre-ordering closes. Sizes and pricing to order shirts will be on the registration page on TRCBSA.org.

Upon registering, the Scoutmaster will receive a packet via email explaining the Camporee rules and a brief introduction of events

39th PEQUOTT DISTRICT AQUATIC MEET



Doors will open at 9:45 AM and end approximately at 1:00 P.M.

The Aquatic Meet is a fun time for Scouts & Leaders. It is a chance for Troops to meet, interact and compete, as well an opportunity for each troop to work on their teamwork, learn more about each other and to challenge themselves to do their best. So, join in the fun and bring your Troop swimmers and non-swimmers. There is an event for everyone. Please plan to arrive by 9:45 A.M. An open swim period will start at 9:50.

The meet will begin at 10:00 A.M. and finish by 1:00 P.M. There are awards for the first, second and third place Troops in each event and participation patches for everyone!

The staff will be on hand to direct you into the proper locker room. Scouts should not bring anything of value to the meet with them (lockers are not available). A bottle of water might be a good idea. We suggest that the adults leave their valuables with other adults in the spectator area.

Please remember that all participants and leaders must either be barefoot or wearing pool shoes on the pool level.

Weigh-in and Inspection Begins at 9:00 am

Trophies will be awarded to the:

  • Top Three racers (1st, 2nd and 3rd place)

  • 6 cars per pack (one from each rank)

  • Food and Drinks will be available for purchase.
